You will never see a key here on WinAddons. Shareware addons remain shareware, they contain the exact same installer you can obtain from the official sites. When I tried to update the TuneUp addon there was some error during the unattended installation. That's the reason why it's not here. If they release installer which properly supports silent switches I will update it right away. Keys have nothing to do with it. You will never see a key here on WinAddons.
