Yes, I remove all drivers.
If I need a driver I just integrate it in the CD with nLite or install it later on.

and do you uncheck and keep all needed components which are prompted by nlite?

Calculator and Wordpad aren’t ‘essential’, but you will need a replacement program to manually associate text files with.

CPU Intel is not needed if you have an AMD processor, and if you aren’t sure which CPU you have then use CPU-Z to find out.

Modem support isn’t needed at all if you don’t have a modem, but its not really worth it to remove it since it may break older games that use IPX connections (Diablo 1 comes to mind) for LAN games.

Sony Memory Stick = not needed at all

Visual Basic Runtimes = they can be installed manually…

So many fallicies in this post, please just put a disclaimer that its your own configuration and that people who aren’t sure should just ask on nLite forums
