Find out who is behind that IP!
Here is a tool that can show you the exact location of any given IP address.
I don’t know if it’s 100% reliable but I tried with my own IP and they located me perfectly. Damn that was my street indeed!
You can try it too. While it could be fun, make sure nobody out there get your IP and trace you like that. That’s scary!
Test it if you don’t believe.
You can see your own IP address: Start | Run… then type: “cmd”, then in the command prompt type: “ipconfig /all” without the quotes.

Didn’t work so well for me. It says that my IP is in Texas when I’m actually in California.
