ATI Catalyst 7.11
The first ATI Catalyst video drivers for 2007 are released!
What’s improved:
- Desperados 2: The game no longer fails to play and display an error in atioglxx.dll when AA is enabled. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25109
- Rome: Total War: Display corruption is no longer noticed when playing the game on an AMD Dual Core or Intel Dual core system containing an ATI X1800 series product. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25103
- Sniper Elite: Playing the game under Windows XP with a Radeon™ X1600 series installed no longer results in texture corruption being noticed. Further details can be found in topic number 737-22820
- Splinter Cell Double Agent: Corruption is no longer noticed when playing the game with AA enabled. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25104
- X-29:Launching an X-29 application on a system containing an ATI display adapter no longer results in an error message being displayed. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25169

Those are the release notes for Catalyst 7.1 not Catalyst 7.11. However if you really one stuff from January you need to include a valid refering url when attemping to access the site. If you have a utility like wget you can use the command:
