Does this include the registry entries to make 7zip the default archive application for it’s supported file types?

Many ways how to do it.
Look how the package can be created http://www.winaddons.com/video-tutorials/ how build installation script. Then you’ll be able add steps to automate it.

Look for some program that coach fille associations and set this there for all. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_association

Joe, the file is available, I don’t see a problem with the download. Maybe it was a temporary MediaFire glitch. Please let me know if you still have problems.
